Shah Textiles specializes in the manufacturing of knitted fabrics and garments. All specifications,
including material, size, design, and color, must be agreed upon in writing before production.
Any custom orders will be produced in line with the agreed terms. Changes requested after production
has begun may result in additional costs or delays.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in PKR or USD (unless decided otherwise) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and
any applicable duties unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms, including advance payments or payment schedules, must be agreed upon prior to
initiating production.
In the case of overdue payments, Shah Textiles reserves the right to delay or suspend orders until
payment is received.
5. Order Acceptance and Minimum Quantities
Shah Textiles reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its sole discretion.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all products and will be communicated during the
negotiation phase.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shah Textiles will strive to deliver orders within the agreed timelines. However, delays caused by
external factors, including supply chain disruptions or customs clearance, are beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to the Client once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
7. Quality Assurance
Shah Textiles ensures high-quality standards for all products. In the event of defects, Clients must notify
us in writing within 15 days of receiving the goods.
Upon verification, Shah Textiles may offer replacements, repairs, or refunds at its discretion.
8. Confidentiality
Any designs, samples, or business-related information shared between Shah Textiles and the Client will
remain confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information to third parties without
prior written consent.
9. Liability
Shah Textiles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our
products or services.
Our liability for defective products is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.
10. Force Majeure
Shah Textiles shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation
disruptions, or government actions.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or transactions
will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Shah Textiles reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised
